Duties

- Manage cash handling procedures, POS systems, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and daily financial reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand while maintaining operational standards.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to boost sales and enhance store visibility within the community.
- Conduct interviews, participate in recruiting efforts, and onboard new employees with a focus on employee orientation and development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment by supervising stocking, merchandising, and store maintenance activities.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills for purchasing supplies at favorable terms while managing vendor relationships effectively.

Skills
- Proven management experience in retail or fuel station environments with supervisory responsibilities.

- Proficient in POS systems and retail technology tools for efficient transaction processing and inventory tracking.
- Excellent negotiation skills for vendor purchasing and contract negotiations; experience in merchandising is a plus.
