Part-Time Lash Technician (Evenings)
Hi! I’m Dominique, the owner of Her Lash Brand.
I’m looking for one experienced lash artist to join me. I’m not looking to build a huge team, I just want to find one person who’s genuine, reliable, and excited to grow alongside a brand that’s expanding.
This is a part-time evening position, working 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
I’m looking for someone who:
- Is already an experienced lash technician (no beginners, please).
- Can complete a full set in under 2 hours while maintaining beautiful, quality work.
- Knows how to make handmade fans, NOT premade
- Has excellent customer service and knows how to make clients feel comfortable and cared for.
- Is friendly, trustworthy, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
- Is dependable and shows up when scheduled. Reliability is something I value deeply because our clients depend on us.
- Has reliable transportation.
- Wants to be part of a team, not just pick up another job.

Commission: 60/40. Can grow to 70/30
When you join Her Lash Brand, you’ll also receive advanced training from me. I’ll teach you the techniques and lash mappings, so we’re able to provide a consistent experience for every client.
