We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team in providing exceptional hospitality to our guests. Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in experience.
- Manage guest reservations and ensure accurate information is recorded in the system.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist with check-out procedures, including processing payments and handling billing inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Skills
- Proven experience in front desk operations or guest relations within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles is advantageous.
- Proficient in using hotel management software and reservation systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
