You'll begin by mastering our inbound sales process, learning our customers, our services, and our standards. As you grow, you'll expand into commercial account management, business development, networking, prospecting, estimating, and building long-term relationships that help grow Camo Crew.

What You'll Do
Customer Sales
- Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and online inquiries
- Build trust with customers by asking thoughtful questions and understanding their needs
- Convert qualified inquiries into booked jobs
- Guide customers through pricing, scheduling, and our service offerings
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to job completion
Account Growth & Business Development
As you develop in the role, you'll take on additional responsibilities including:
- Managing commercial customer relationships
- Prospecting and developing new business opportunities
- Networking with property managers, real estate professionals, and community partners
- Supporting outside sales initiatives
- Conducting estimates and site visits
- Building referral relationships that generate long-term business
Operational Excellence
- Maintain complete and accurate customer records in our CRM
- Communicate effectively with Operations and the Service Team
- Ensure every booked job is documented accurately
- Balance urgency with attention to detail
- Take ownership of every customer interaction

Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000–55,000 starting base salary that transitions to a commission structure after 90 days
- Medical insurance eligibility after 60 days
- Tuition and Student Loan Reimbursement eligibility after 90 days
