Distillery Bartender
Mississippi River Distilling Company is hiring outgoing, dependable, and motivated bartenders for our LeClaire Cocktail House and Downtown Davenport Lounge.
This role focuses on providing great hospitality, making quality cocktails, learning our grain-to-glass spirits, and helping guests have a memorable experience. There may also be opportunities to work events at our neighboring Celebration Center, including weddings, private parties, and special events.
Bartending experience is appreciated, but not required. We provide hands-on training for the right person.
Responsibilities include:
Creating a welcoming guest experience
Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
Learning and talking confidently about our spirits and cocktail menu
Helping guests with cocktails, flights, bottles, and merchandise
Keeping the bar clean, organized, and professional
Handling POS and cash transactions accurately
Working well in a fast-paced team environment
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent customer service skills
Interest in craft cocktails and spirits
Ability to multitask
Reliable and responsible
Evening and weekend availability required
Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol
