Responsibilities of the Sales Team Member :
- Meet with customers to discuss Kinetic internet, , and connectivity service options
- Assist customers with account setup, service updates, and general customer sales support needs
- Maintain a professional and positive customer experience during daily interactions
- Support customer engagement efforts while contributing to daily team sales goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales and follow-up communication
- Stay informed on current Kinetic products, services, and sales offerings
- Work collaboratively with sales team members in a team-oriented environment
Sales Team Member Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working directly with customers in person
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, coachable, and team-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, communications, or sales is helpful but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
