Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Home Remodeler to bring transformative visions to life through expert renovation and construction work. In this role, you will be responsible for executing residential remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring quality craftsmanship, adherence to safety standards, and client satisfaction. Duties
- Read and interpret detailed construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to guide remodeling projects accurately.
- Perform a wide range of building material installation tasks including framing, trim carpentry, drywall, stucco, and flooring.
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete tasks such as concrete forming, roofing, masonry, and demolition.
- Install windows, doors, cabinets, glass panels, and other fixtures with precision to meet design specifications.
- Conduct construction inspection and quality control checks throughout each phase of the project to ensure standards are met or exceeded.
- Manage on-site safety protocols while coordinating with team members on construction site experience.
- Utilize Bluebeam software for digital plan review and project documentation management.
- Assist with construction estimating and manage schedules using construction management best practices.
- Perform finishing work including painting, caulking, plastering, tile laying, flooring installation, and concrete finishing.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to interpret technical drawings and schematics for seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Proven construction experience with a strong background in remodeling projects across residential settings.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively.
- Skilled in interpreting blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and inspection procedures related to residential construction.
- Experience with carpentry disciplines such as frame carpentry, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and window installation.
- Familiarity with various building materials including stucco, masonry materials, glass products, roofing components, and flooring options.
- Electrical experience or plumbing knowledge is a plus for integrated project work.
- Ability to operate construction management software like Bluebeam for documentation purposes.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members effectively.

Pay: $18.00 - $28.87 per hour
