- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by regularly cleaning sinks, dishwashing stations, floors, and work surfaces.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables or organizing ingredients when needed.
- Support catering and banquet operations by ensuring all serving ware is spotless and ready for use.
- Follow food handling safety standards and hygiene protocols to uphold health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely dishwashing during busy service periods.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes to keep the kitchen environment safe and tidy.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Basic understanding of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail-oriented work ethic.
