MARINE WELDER & SHIPFITTER
Svendsen’s Bay Marine is a full-service boatyard located in Richmond California on San Francisco Bay. We haul-out and repair sail and power yachts, Coast Guard vessels, water taxis, tugboats, pilot boats and marine vessels of all kinds.
We are looking for an experienced Marine Welder/Shipfitter qualified in fit-up and welding procedures on mild steel and aluminum, on ships and boats, including shell plate inserts and structural repairs. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to certify in steel and aluminum, as well as mastery of marine shipfitting procedures.
