SALARY: $45,000 – $60,000 per year (DOE)

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Rogers Landscape is hiring a high-level Office Manager / Executive Administrative to oversee the core administrative, financial, HR, and communication functions of a growing construction company.

Rogers Landscape is a family-owned landscape construction company based in Loomis, CA. Since 2015, we have specialized in high-quality residential and select commercial landscape installations.

THE ROLE
As Office Manager / Executive Admin, you will oversee and execute the day-to-day administrative, financial, HR, and communication operations of the business.
This is a leadership-support role. You will be trusted to manage priorities, make decisions, and keep operations running smoothly without constant supervision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Office & Operations Management
- Oversee daily office operations
- Answer and manage inbound calls and leads
- Provide professional customer communication via phone and email
- Coordinate scheduling and update Google Calendar for crews and service calls
- Maintain organized office systems and records
Accounting & Bookkeeping Support
- Manage accounts receivable
- Send, track, and follow up on invoices and payments
- Work within QuickBooks Online
- Support accounting workflows and reporting
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide direct administrative support to ownership
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
- Manage correspondence with customers and vendors
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
HR & Internal Support
- Assist with HR documentation and coordination
- Support onboarding and internal processes
- Help maintain an organized, positive office environment
Marketing & Outreach
- Manage posts on Facebook, Nextdoor, Yelp, and Google
- Support outreach, mailers, and community engagement
- Maintain consistent brand messaging
Office Infrastructure
- Manage office supply inventory and ordering
- Ensure office systems and tools are stocked and functional
- Identify and implement process improvements
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. You take pride in running operations smoothly and solving problems before they escalate.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong administrative writing and communication skills
- Bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks Online preferred)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Professional judgment and discretion
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma required (some college preferred)
- 4–5 years of office administration experience
- 1–2 years of marketing or outreach experience
- Experience in construction or service industries preferred
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Bilingual English–Spanish is a strong plus
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $20-$30 per hour (DOE open to discuss)
