- Able to fluently communicate, read, and write in English is a must; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Proficient in operating and troubleshooting fixed plant food processing equipment.
- Familiar with ERP systems, RedZone, and proficient in using electronic tablets for data entry and communication.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on managing and guiding team performance.
- Ensures compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety standards, and company policies.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Capable of maintaining sensitive information in a confidential and discreet manner.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as necessary.
