In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support to them as well as our Sales and Warehouse Team. Duties
- Engage with customers via phone, email, to provide stock checks, process orders, set deliveries, address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information.
- Assist clients and Sales Team with sales processes by understanding stock and availability and recommending suitable alternatives as solutions.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately to update customer records, order details, and support documentation using a industry web based software program, Quickbooks and Microsoft Office as well as other computer tools.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English and Spanish to ensure positive interactions with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries, sales or payments.
- Manage responsibilities when processing payments or credits with precision, detail and integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all duties and time sensitive issues are handled.
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, or call center roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook are required.
- Bilingual and / or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse customer base effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English are essential; additional language skills (Spanish) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume calls with professionalism using proper call etiquette.
- Basic analysis skills for troubleshooting issues and providing appropriate solutions.

Monday thru Friday, off on Holidays and we offer additional benefits including vacation and healthcare with tenure.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
