Softgel Production Worker | Cedar City, UT
Nexeo Staffing is seeking Softgel Production Workers for a fast-growing manufacturing company specializing in high-quality nutritional supplements and bulk powder products. Responsibilities

Operate softgel encapsulation machines under supervision.

Prepare gelatin batches, fill materials, and ingredients according to formulas.

Monitor capsule formation, including ribbon thickness, seams, and overall quality.

Perform in-process quality checks, including weight, moisture, and appearance.

Complete batch records and production documentation.

Load and unload trays and transfer products to drying tunnels.

Assist with tumble drying, sorting, and product inspection.

Follow all GMP, SOP, and safety procedures.

Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.

Report equipment issues or production concerns immediately.
Qualifications
-
Previous production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift 30–50 pounds.

Comfortable working in warm, humid environments.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Basic math skills.

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Preferred: Experience in nutritional supplement, food production, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
Pay
$18.00–$25.00 per hour
Schedule
Full Time | Day Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:30 AM–5:30 PM
Full Time | Night Shift: Monday–Saturday | 5:30 PM–5:30 AM
Busy Season: 12-hour shifts (up to 5 days per week)
Regular Schedule: 4 days per week, 12-hour shifts
