Job Title: Outreach Manager
EPL is looking for a community-minded leader who knows how to build relationships, bring people together, and turn community connections into meaningful opportunities. The Outreach Manager leads a team and services that take EPL beyond our traditional library locations, connecting people with library resources, workforce opportunities, and other services where they live, work, learn, and connect.

- Experience engaging with diverse communities and connecting people with resources or services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience leading staff, projects, programs, or community initiatives.
- A commitment to EPL's mission, Patron First Promise, and community-centered service.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop the Outreach team while creating a positive, accountable, and supportive workplace where staff can do their best work.
- Oversee the Bookmobile, workforce development vehicle, and other outreach services that bring EPL resources and opportunities into the community.
- Build meaningful relationships with community organizations, agencies, businesses, schools, government partners, and others to expand EPL's reach.
- Listen to what communities need and work across EPL to connect people with the right library services, resources, staff, or location.
- Bring new ideas to the table by identifying opportunities to expand access, strengthen partnerships, and continuously improve how EPL serves the community.
- Represent EPL throughout the community while creating welcoming, meaningful experiences that reflect our Patron First Promise.

Pay: $48,750.00 - $54,600.00 per year
