Overview
We are looking for a bilingual, professional, and organized Front Desk Associate to join our growing healthcare research team. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, maintaining records, and supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to multitask while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients, visitors, and study participants in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
- Assist with patient intake forms and office documentation
- Coordinate front desk activities to ensure smooth daily operations
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, faxing, and email correspondence
- Use Microsoft Outlook/Workspace platforms for communication, scheduling, and daily office coordination
- Be comfortable using Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and maintaining reports
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications
- Proven experience in front desk operations or customer service roles within an office environment
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Bilingual (Spanish) abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client needs
- Previous clerical or administrative experience, including data entry and proofreading, is desirable
- Ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks
- Must possess a driver's license and their own transportation.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
