In this role, you'll oversee our Project Managers, manage the day-to-day operations of the reconstruction division, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and drive profitability while maintaining outstanding quality and customer satisfaction.

- Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers and reconstruction staff
- Oversee scheduling, production, budgets, and project profitability
- Monitor KPIs, job progress, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with restoration, sales, and leadership teams
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent
