Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and experienced owner operators to establish lease agreements under our authority, driving a variety of commercial vehicles across designated routes. As a lease on owner operator contractor, you will be responsible for delivering freight reliably and adhering to all safety and regulatory standards, ensuring smooth logistics operations. Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailers, including flatbed, refrigerated trailer, tanker, dump truck, roll-off truck, and other specialized vehicles, following all DOT (Department of Transportation) and FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations.
- Drive route-specific deliveries while managing schedules efficiently using GPS navigation systems.
- Load and unload freight safely using manual handling techniques or equipment such as forklifts when necessary.
- Handle hazardous materials and dangerous goods in compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, cargo details, and delivery documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
- Ensure the secure transport of freight by adhering to safety procedures during transit and at delivery points.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure optimal operation of your equipment.
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with experience operating tractor-trailers and manual transmission vehicles.
- Proven experience in commercial truck driving, including route driving and delivery of freight across various sectors.
- Familiarity with refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, hazardous materials regulations, and dangerous goods handling.
- Ability to manually handle cargo safely using appropriate techniques or equipment such as forklifts or dump trucks.
- Knowledge of logistics cargo handling procedures and compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations.
- Strong understanding of GPS navigation systems for efficient route planning and execution.
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record; previous delivery driver experience preferred.
- Physical ability to load/unload freight regularly and perform manual handling tasks safely.

Pay: $9,000.00 - $150,000.00 per week
