Schedule: Full‑time, Monday–Friday

We are currently hiring two Temporary Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Woodland Day Program. In this role, you'll support adults with developmental disabilities as they build independence, develop life skills, and participate in meaningful activities within their community.
This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming a regular employee based on organizational needs and performance.
What You'll Do
- Support individuals in achieving personal goals and increasing independence.
- Assist with daily living, vocational, recreational, and community-based activities.
- Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
- Build positive relationships with participants, families, and coworkers.
- Complete required documentation and reports accurately and timely.
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
Experience is welcomed but not required. We encourage applicants from customer service, retail, hospitality, education, childcare, caregiving, healthcare, and other service-oriented fields to apply.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
You’ll work in both community and program settings, supporting participants in active environments. Physical requirements include:
- Regular walking, bending, lifting, sitting, and assisting with mobility
- Occasional lifting/moving up to 50 lbs
- Supporting activities of daily living (toileting, feeding, dressing, etc.)
- Working in environments that may have moderate noise when participants are present
