The Big Task:
You will service our customer’s HVAC systems as well as lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Fantastic customer service skills, our customers want to feel like they're with a home service superhero!
- Desire to learn and grow.
- EPA certification with knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes.
- Superior troubleshooting, repair, and installation skills.
- Driver's license with a clean background.
- Ability to draw simple diagrams, and read blueprints and other diagrams.
Key Sub Tasks:
- Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams.
- Keep your company truck clean, inside, and out.
- Keep your truck inventory up to date.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Participate in training giving you the tools you need to grow and develop as a professional.
