Overview
Bolling Behavioral Consulting is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high‑quality, naturalistic in-home ABA services for children and adolescents in the Conyers area. We are looking for someone who is reliable, coachable, and committed to delivering meaningful behavioral support.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior management strategies as outlined in care plans.
- Assist in the development and modification of care plans based on client progress.
- Utilize medical terminology accurately when documenting client interactions and progress.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality.
- Work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism, providing support tailored to their unique needs.
- Conduct behavioral therapy sessions using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
- Educate clients and families about behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Collaborate with other professionals in special education settings to promote effective learning environments.
Experience
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and the implementation of care plans is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance is an asset.
- Experience in behavioral therapy or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is beneficial but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- A background in special education or related fields will be considered a plus.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification (or experience and completed 40hr training)
- Reliable transportation to covington, Stone Mountain and surrounding areas
- Ability to work the full schedule
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Ability to pass a background check

Pay: $25.36 - $32.00 per hour
