Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day field operations from start to finish
- Manage site safety, quality, and production
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries
- Maintain schedule integrity and proper sequencing
- Partner closely with Project Managers and Preconstruction teams
- Represent CPM professionally on every jobsite
- Run the jobsite with authority and confidence
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
- Proven track record managing ground-up, TI, or commercial interior projects
- OSHA 30-hour certification (First Aid/CPR a plus)
- Strong understanding of construction methods, safety, and quality standards
- Proficient in Procore, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred

- Schedule: Day shift (some night/weekend work may be required for TI shutdowns)
