What You’ll Do:
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to every guest
- Guide guests through the menu and make recommendations
- Take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized section
- Work closely with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a friendly attitude.
- Take accurate orders using a POS, ensuring all details are correct.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Manage table settings, clear dishes, and assist with bussing to keep the dining area clean and inviting.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while following proper sanitation procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including food safety standards and food preparation basics, to answer guest questions confidently.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and basic math for accurate cash handling and billing.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $22.78 - $35.00 per hour
