We partner with both emerging and established brands to bring spirits to market, managing everything from concept through finished product.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new revenue across contract manufacturing
(co-packing), white label/private label spirits, and single barrel sales. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals with brands, retailers, and hospitality groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new co-packing and contract manufacturing clients
- Sell turnkey white label and private label spirits programs to hospitality groups, retailers, and brands
- Drive single barrel sales to retail, on-premise, and private buyers
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through outbound outreach and networking
- Lead meetings, distillery tours, and sales presentations
- Coordinate internal handoff of closed deals to operations
- Represent the company at industry events and actively generate leads
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Proven ability to close deals and generate new business
- Experience in spirits, beverage, contract manufacturing, or CPG preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter capable of building pipeline independently
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
