Roots & Wings Montessori is seeking to connect with experienced Montessori educators interested in consulting, mentorship, or program support opportunities within a growing homeschool-hybrid and microschool environment.
We are especially interested in educators with:
- Montessori classroom experience, AMS or AMI training
- Experience in Primary and/or Elementary environments
- Strength in observation, classroom flow, and authentic Montessori implementation
- Interest in supporting newer educators and a growing program
This role may include:
- Classroom consultation
- Curriculum and environment support
- Teacher mentorship
- Observation and feedback
- Virtual and/or in-person collaboration
- Ongoing program development support
This is a flexible, part-time opportunity that can be shaped around the right individual and level of involvement.
