Overview
Property Manager Oversee the day-to-day operations of a multi-family residential property, ensuring efficient management of tenants, maintenance, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized On-Site Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and files related to contracts, tenant information, and property management activities.
- Perform data entry tasks related to tenant applications, leases, and maintenance requests using property management software such as AppFolio.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with vendors to ensure timely repairs.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and uphold property standards.
- Assist in marketing efforts for vacant units, including showings and follow-up communications.
- Maintain effective phone etiquette when communicating with residents, vendors, and prospective tenants.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with residents and staff.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is essential.
- Proficient in administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and office management.
- Familiarity with property management software such as AppFolio is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
