Position Summary
Ai Artixt LLC is seeking a dependable and organized Shipping Operations Assistant to support daily shipping and logistics activities. In this role, you will assist with preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining shipping records, coordinating order fulfillment, and ensuring packages are processed accurately and on schedule. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are highly organized, and are eager to develop operational skills. No previous experience is required paid training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare outgoing shipments by verifying orders, packaging items, and applying shipping labels.
- Coordinate daily shipping schedules and support order fulfillment activities.
- Review shipping documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Track shipments and update internal systems with shipping information.
- Assist with receiving incoming deliveries and organizing inventory.
- Maintain accurate shipping records and operational documentation.
- Communicate with internal departments regarding shipment status and order updates.
- Keep shipping and storage areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Support inventory counts and stock organization when needed.
- Follow company safety policies and established operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.

Pay: $22.40 - $23.30 per hour
