This is a unique position that's a blend of accounting work and front-desk operations/ administrative support. This person will be responsible for payroll processing, reviewing expense reports, and assisting with general accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.

Accounting & Administrative Specialist
The Accounting & Administrative Specialist is a key member of the Finance and Administration team, responsible for payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and administrative support that helps ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Payroll
- Process bi-weekly payroll in the ERP system.
- Review employee expense reports and reconcile company credit card transactions.
- Manage accounts payable, including:
- Set up vendors using onboarding documentation (including W-9s).
- Enter and process approved invoices and purchase order transactions.
- Review open payables and prepare weekly payment runs.
- Support accounts receivable by:
- Setting up new customers, including tax exemption documentation.
- Assisting with customer invoicing and monthly statements.
- Processing customer payments via credit card, check, and ACH.
Operations & Administration
- Process e-commerce orders and credit card payments.
- Maintain office supply inventory.
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and greeting visitors.
- Assist with administrative projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of accounting and payroll experience.
- Working knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Experience with ERP systems required; e-commerce order processing experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Working Conditions
- Full-time, onsite position.
- Prolonged computer and desk work.
- Frequent use of standard office equipment.
- Ability to move throughout the office and communicate effectively with employees, customers, and visitors.
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
