Operations Coordinator – Growth Track
Starting Pay: $18.00/hour

Armor Exteriors is growing, and we're looking for someone who wants more than just an administrative job.
We're hiring an Operations Coordinator who can help organize and run the day-to-day office side of the company while growing into greater responsibility over time.
This position starts at $18/hour with a clear advancement path based on performance, reliability, and the ability to take ownership. As Armor Exteriors grows, this role is intended to develop into an Office Operations Manager position.
What You'll Do
- Answer and return customer calls
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage customer information and job details
- Assist with Housecall Pro and office systems
- Follow up with customers, estimates, and invoices
- Help organize daily schedules for field crews
- Maintain an organized and professional office
- Assist with setting up and organizing our new office location
- Help improve administrative systems as the company grows
- Take increasing ownership of daily office operations

Experience in administration, customer service, scheduling, office management, or home services is helpful but not required for the right person.
Advancement
This is intended to be a long-term growth position.
The starting position is Operations Coordinator at $18/hour, with performance-based advancement and increased compensation as responsibilities grow.
The long-term goal is for this person to develop into the individual responsible for managing Armor Exteriors' day-to-day office operations.
