Chef PJ Edwards' Meadow Neighborhood Eatery and Vintage Wine Bar are currently looking for an AM Prep/Line cook to join our team.
We are looking for an experienced prep/line cook to work between both Meadow and Vintage. Part Time is available however you must be able to work on Sundays.
We close two weeks every year and after 6 months of employment you will be paid for these weeks off.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in butchery tasks, including cutting and preparing meats for cooking.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service.
- Contribute to menu planning and special dietary needs as required, utilizing culinary skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or culinary setting
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of food handling and safety standards
- Experience with butchery techniques and meal preparation
- Familiarity with dietary department operations and menu planning
- Background in fine dining or catering services is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
