Raposa Coffee is hiring experienced, reliable baristas to work select Miami Marlins home games at loanDepot park.
This is a part-time event-based position, with shifts typically lasting 7–8 hours on game days. We have multiple upcoming dates available and are currently prioritizing candidates who can work Friday, July 24. A full schedule of available games will be provided during the application process.
Pay: $20 per hour + tips
Location: loanDepot park, Miami, FL
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee, matcha, canned nitro cold brew coffees and teas, and signature beverages
- Deliver friendly, efficient service in a busy stadium environment
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized workstation
- Assist with booth setup before service and cleanup after the game
- Follow all food-safety and proper-handling procedures
- Work closely with Raposa’s events team to create a great experience for Marlins fans
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food-service experience required
- Familiarity with 1-group machine and grinder.
- Comfortable working quickly and efficiently during high-volume periods
- Strong customer-service and communication skills
- Familiarity with 1-group machine and grinder.
- Preferably specialty coffee shop setting with some latte art skill.
