ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
Schedule/Hours: Standard business hours are Monday–Friday, 8:45 a.m.- 4:15 p.m.
Pay Class: Full time, 35 hours (non-exempt)
Pay: $20.00-$21.00
This position is responsible for:
Monitors an assigned caseload of clients participating in a short-term life management program. Develops individualized program plans and goals, and evaluates client progress through routine meetings with clients and/or staff. Serves as an advocate for clients by coordinating and securing services that support their ability to effectively cope and function within their environment.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Ability to meet attendance requirements and maintain consistent work performance.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in the English language.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Ability to think clearly and respond effectively in order to manage and maintain control of an active client caseload.

Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in an efficient manner while maintaining organization and professionalism.

Ability to perform work requiring limited physical effort, including walking, standing, and lifting or carrying light objects (less than 25 pounds) approximately 5–10% of the time.

Duties are primarily performed in a seated position, with occasional periods of standing and walking to relieve sedentary activity.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

Two years of college coursework from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or a related field;
and
- Two years of experience working in a social or public service environment, with direct experience assisting the public;
or
- Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
