Unit Manager
Job Summary
Twin Fountains Home for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Unit Manager to join our team in LaGrange, Georgia. As a key member of our leadership team, the Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our rehabilitation and nursing facility, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the daily activities of the nursing unit, including medication management, care planning, and resident assessments
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting open communication and team collaboration
Monitor and manage budgets, supplies, and inventory to optimize resources
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and coordination of care
Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and healthcare providers
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing competence and expertise
Requirements
Minimum 1 years of experience in a healthcare leadership role
