Position Overview
The HVAC Install Technician will be responsible for installing residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems, including central air conditioning systems, heat pumps, furnaces, ductless mini-splits, air handlers, and related equipment.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well in a team environment, and wants to be part of a company that is investing in its future and its people.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems and related equipment
- Replace condensers, furnaces, air handlers, coils, ductless systems, and accessories
- Install and modify ductwork as needed
- Complete system start-up, testing, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Follow company installation standards and safety procedures
- Accurately document work completed and materials used
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Qualifications
- HVAC installation experience required
- Experience with residential systems required
- Ductless/mini-split experience preferred
- EPA Certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
- Sheet metal experience is a plus

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed
Pay: $26.00 - $42.00 per hour
