All positions are in-person and based inside retail locations. Our team works directly with customers, helping answer questions, provide product information, and maintain a positive experience in a retail setting.

Position Overview
We are currently hiring a Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, in-person position working inside a retail environment.
In this role, you will interact with customers, provide assistance, and support daily store operations. No prior experience is required, as paid training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a retail setting
- Answer questions and provide clear product or service information
- Maintain a professional and approachable attitude
- Support team members and daily store operations
- Help keep the work area organized and presentable
Compensation
- $16–$20 per hour, based on experience
- Paid training provided
- Full-time
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working with people on a daily basis
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Previous customer service or retail experience is helpful but not required
Work Environment
This is an in-person role based inside retail locations in the Grand Blanc area. This is not a remote position.
