Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Square POS system, ensuring quick and correct entry
- Present menus effectively, highlighting specials and upselling additional items to enhance guest satisfaction and restaurant sales
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support seamless service flow
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns professionally and courteously
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips
- Uphold food safety standards and sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fine dining or nightclub setting
Experience
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately

Pay: From $2.75 per hour
