GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for general office activities such as generating letters from a system, data entry, validating information, and updating
members' information in the systems. Additionally, tasks include typing, responding to written and verbal inquiries to provide
information and/or guidance, processing correspondence, and attending to incoming telephone calls, among others. Enhance
timeliness standards and exceed departmental standards for data accuracy.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Support reconciliation activities by flagging discrepancies for review.
- Correct data within company-designed applications, as requested.
- Ensure that all incoming communications are reviewed and responded to promptly.
- Generate official letters and documentation using designated systems.
- Create and manage service tickets or case entries in external platforms, as requested.
- Maintain logs and records, and compile data for reporting or analysis as necessary.
- Generate queries or refer cases to appropriate personnel for further review.
- Document all updates and changes made in the systems.
- Collaborate with team members on special assignments as directed by the management.
- Participates in assigned meetings to gather necessary information and assist other personnel with their work activities.
- Must comply fully and consistently with all company policies and procedures, with local and federal laws as well as with the regulations applicable to our Industry, to maintain appropriate business and employment practices.
- May carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned, according to the requirements of education and experience contained in this document.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience: High School diploma or Technical Course. At least six (6) months of experience in group and individual enrollment processes, preferably in the Health Insurance Industry.
