We are looking for Device Repair Technicians for our Concord and Huntersville locations. Experience in cell phone repair is a plus, but is not required. Training can be provided to the right individuals with technical aptitude. Being a retail store first, customer service experience is a must!
Training provided on: installing car batteries, programming and cutting car keys and fobs, WISE Certification, Samsung ASC Certification.

Device Repair Technician Duties:
- Repair cell phones, tablets, light fixtures and other devices as needed, installing car batteries.
- Maintain proper inventory.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations; wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain excellent customer service.
- Store functions include answering phones, stocking shelves, cleaning and register use.
Device Repair Technician Qualifications:
- Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent.
- In lieu of device repair experience, some assembly/technical experience preferred; retail experience is a plus!
- Must pass WISE Level 1 service exam within 30 days of hire.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude. Able to quickly pick up on new processes and technologies without a lot of guidance.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to effectively manage and track multiple commitments; effectively prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both oral and written. Strong customer service focus.
- Working conditions are typical for a retail store.
- This position requires the employee to regularly use hands to handle or touch electronic products.
- The position requires the employee to regularly use a computer and other office equipment.
- This position requires lifting 10-20# on a regular and frequent basis, 50# on an occasional basis, and more than 50# on an infrequent basis.
- This position requires open availability; store hours are Monday - Friday 8 AM - 7 PM, Saturday 9 AM - 7 PM, Sunday 10 AM - 5 PM.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
