Position Summary
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will cover a multitude of disciplines such as overseeing the movement and storage of goods throughout the warehouse, managing warehouse inventory, and maintaining a database. Coordinates and schedules the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished products.
Key Responsibilities

Schedule materials to be moved to and from an offsite storage facility.

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup.

Ensure all stock is pulled and loaded into the delivery vehicle with accompanying and necessary documents, in conjunction with delivery schedules.

Assist personnel with material transfers throughout warehouse to offsite locations.

Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse.

Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner.

Train new employees on the proper use and maintenance of equipment and facilities utilized in the performance of their job.

Receive merchandise as per packing lists in our Purchasing/Accounting module. Scan and file copies of packing lists onto server.

Interface with other departments to ensure Inbound and outbound deadlines are met.

Ensure warehouse equipment is in good working condition.

Adhere to all safety procedures in the performance of job duties.

Document all related activities and completes forms and reports.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.

Performs other related duties as directed.
Qualifications
Required

Ability to operate a forklift, order picker, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment; operate as needed.

Ability to lift or move heavy products.

Ability to direct the warehouse team in standard warehouse operations.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to keep accurate records.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Previous warehouse experience required.

Forklift Operator Certification required.
