Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team with at least 1 year experience in a salon setting and COMMISSION 60/40.
In this role, you will provide exceptional nail care services to clients while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Your expertise in nail techniques, customer service, and sanitation practices will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our clientele. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of color theory and various nail care methods, along with a commitment to enhancing the client experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting appropriate shades.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to offer the latest services to clients.
- Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their preferences and any concerns.
Experience
- Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations.
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Familiarity with various nail care techniques bio gel and gelx.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on communication and interpersonal relations.
