Job Summary
Longmont Family Eye Doctors is a family-owned independent optometry office located inside the Longmont Costco. Our office strives to provide high quality care to our patients and excellent customer service. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, detail-oriented person with a positive attitude to join our office as a part-time associate optometrist. Competitive pay with a generous bonus structure. Two days a week would be preferred but open to one day as well. The position can grow as patient demand increases. Our office offers a friendly and relaxed environment. There is plenty of time for patient care with an easy 30 minute schedule. No weekends required.
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting comprehensive eye exams
- Fitting and evaluating contact lenses including spherical, toric, multifocal, and RGP lenses
- Evaluating patients for medical office visits including flashes and floaters, red eyes, foreign body removal
- Managing medical conditions
- Referring patients to other healthcare providers when necessary
- Provide pre- and postoperative care to patients undergoing refractive eye surgery
Requirements:
- Doctorate of Optometry from a credentialed institution
- Current Colorado license
- Must have passed all optometric state boards
Pay: $650.00 - $900.00 per day
