About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, professional Front Desk & Sales Specialist to be the face of our shop. This role is for someone who can consistently convert warm leads into booked jobs, communicate clearly, and sell value — not discounts — while delivering a high-end customer experience from first call to vehicle pickup.
If you can close warm leads, follow up relentlessly, and hold yourself to high standard to become better each and every day keep reading.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls, texts, emails, and walk-ins (warm leads)
- Convert warm inquiries into scheduled, paid work
- Qualify customers and recommend appropriate services
- Build and present estimates and proposals
- Close sales and lock in schedules
- Follow up on pending estimates until a decision is made
- Check vehicles in and out
- Process payments and invoices
- Communicate clearly with technicians and management
- Maintain a clean, professional front desk and office area
- Clean and maintain front office area and bathroom
- Motivated to do more with out being asked

- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Basic computer and POS skills
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Automotive or service-based sales experience
- Detailing, PPF, ceramic coating, basic car knowledge
- CRM or shop management software experience
