Ganey Law Group is looking to hire a detail-oriented, Immigration Paralegal. This role involves supporting our team in managing and preparing immigration cases, maintaining client communication, and ensuring efficient case administration. This is a hybrid position and is essential to the smooth functioning of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough case analysis and gather necessary documentation.
- Assist the team in preparing and filing employment-based and family-based immigration petitions and applications, including but not limited to EB-5, E-2, L-1, O-1, EB-1A, etc.
- Support EB-5 matters specifically by gathering, organizing, and analyzing source of funds documentation.
- Manage case files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines by prioritizing assignments based on urgency and importance, ensuring all legal documents, filings, and client communications are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Communicate effectively and regularly with clients, government agencies, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure timely and effective case progression.
- Stay up to date with changes in immigration laws and policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 12 months of experience as an immigration paralegal, preferably with EB-5 casework.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with immigration case management software is advantageous but not required.
- Fluency in a second language is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
