Pay: $36-$48/hour
(based on experienceshift differentials)

What You'll Do:
- Perform resident assessments and identify changes in condition
- Develop, update, and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
- Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate residents and families on care and health management
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, resident rights, and policies
- Accurately document and report changes, incidents, and concerns
RN: Registered Nurse Requirements:
- Current and active Pennsylvania RN license
