Amada Laser/Amada EMLK Set-Up Operator - Second Shift
Quality Tool, an ISO9001:2015 certified contract precision metal manufacturer delivering metal components to Fortune 500 companies, is seeking an Amada Laser / Amada EMLK set-up operator to work the Second Shift at our St. Paul, MN facility. Responsibilities include the set up and operation of Amada Lasers and Amada EMLK punch/laser combo machine.
Desired Qualifications
· 3 + years Laser or Punch/Laser experience is preferred.
· Experience with an Amada Laser or Amada EMLK (laser/turret combo with tower) a plus but not required
· Ability to set-up and produce jobs efficiently
· Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
· Ability to follow verbal instructions.
· Good math and communication skills.
· Ability to lift 50 pounds.
· Ability to be or become fork truck certified.
· Willingness to work in other areas as needed.
· Good attendance and punctuality and willingness to work overtime as needed
· Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team
· Must be able to pass a drug test
