1) Relevant education and experience that makes you the best fit for the position.
2) Describe your experience working on immigration/immigrant issues and/or programs.
3) Describe your experience with the State contracts and/or grant process.
4) Describe your experience with administrative duties such as developing and/or formalizing standard procedures, working with budgets, tracking expenditures, purchases, etc.
5) Describe your experience providing customer service in administrative settings.

Training and Development assignments may be considered based on the availability of eligible candidates and are subject to approval by the Hiring Authority prior to appointment. Training and Development assignments are temporary in nature and shall not exceed twenty-four (24) months.
