An assisted living facility in Greensburg is looking to add an experienced Maintenance Personnel to our team!
Knowledge of HVAC/Plumbing is preferred. Construction experience is a must. Full time position with benefits and competitive pay.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair of facility and grounds
- Painting, Plumbing, electrical, furniture repairs
- Set-up and break down of activity and public relations events
- Snow removal, grounds upkeep in conjunction with contract services Be responsive and cooperative with Dept Heads, employees, residents and family members
- Must have knowledge and adhere to all fire, safety and emergency regulations
- Assist in inventory and storage of incoming supplies. Restock supplies in supply closets/carts when applicable. Maintain storage areas to be neat and organized
- Able to use equipment specified for department safely
- Participates in mandatory in-services and job specific educations
- Assist with room moves, packing, storage and admissions
- Patient Transport in company vehicle as needed
- Knowledgeable on compliance with DHS
- Responds to resident concerns with clarity, compassion and understanding.
- Complies with policies and procedures concerning infection control and safety codes while on duty. Utilizing PPE
- Any additional duties as assigned by Supervisors
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
