Perfection Group is seeking a strategic, operationally minded Chief Financial Officer to help lead our continued growth and long-term success.
This is more than a traditional finance role. We are looking for a business partner who can translate financial information into clear direction, strengthen the processes supporting our operations, optimize cash, and help our leadership team make thoughtful decisions about growth and investment.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis.
- Strengthen cash forecasting, working-capital management, and financial discipline.
- Partner with operational leaders to improve profitability, accountability, and decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, controls, and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate and support strategic acquisitions, including modeling, due diligence, and integration.
- Provide strategic oversight of purchasing, procurement, vendor relationships, and cost management.
- Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, ownership, executive leadership team, and Board.
- Significant financial leadership experience in a growing, multi-location organization.
- Strong financial planning, analysis, cash-management, and operational capabilities.
- Experience with strategic acquisitions and purchasing or procurement.
- The ability to connect financial performance to business strategy and operational decisions.
- A record of improving systems, processes, and organizational performance.
- Strong business judgment and clear, direct communication.
- Experience in commercial construction, mechanical services, facilities services, or a project- and service-based business is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline; CPA or MBA preferred.
