To prepare quality food according to deli recipes, open and\or close deli and prep in a timely, efficient manner. Follow production lists accurately and actively communicate with deli staff in regards to production. Aid in catering of events and that orders go out in a timely manor. Assist in the achievement of department goals. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. To receive orders, stock, display and prepare fresh food with attention to quality and to offer excellent customer service.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years directly related food and beverage service experience
- Knowledge in food preparation, presentation and portion control
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Superior customer service
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Food Handler’s Card required
- Must have reliable transportation
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Culinary degree
- POS experience
- Demonstrate the ability to lead a team
