Every Other Weekend Required
At The Kensington, an Agemark Senior Living community, we believe exceptional care begins with meaningful connections. We’re looking for a compassionate and dependable Medication Aide to help residents feel safe, respected, and well cared for each day.
- Safely administer medications according to physician orders and individual care plans.
- Accurately document medication administration and maintain required records.
- Observe residents for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and promptly notify nursing staff.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
- Build meaningful connections with residents and team members.
- Help create a positive and supportive community environment.
- Active Nebraska 40-hour Medication Aide certification required.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in serving older adults.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills for medication documentation.
- Availability to work every other weekend and holidays as scheduled.
