Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders accurately
- Process cash, card, and digital payments
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
- Keep the counter and front-of-house area clean and organized
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are correct and on time
- Address customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
Requirements
- Customer service or cashier experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask during rush hours
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be 18+ if applicable
